Lisa Kaplowitz is the Executive Director at the Rutgers Center for Women in Business, who remove barriers, build community, and empower women with the confidence and skills necessary to succeed as business leaders. Lisa combines industry and academic expertise to drive gender equity and equal representation and equal pay at all levels, from the home through to the workplace.
